PURPOSE:

To promote and issue the invitation to Christian Brideship -

This newspaper should highlight all the signs of Christ’s Return as they are occurring. It ought to relate those signs to the fulfillment of prophecy, showing their meaning and value as part of God's Plan of Redemption.

Further, it should demonstrate the critical nature of living life according to the Signs.

A FEW BASIC BELIEFS

God came in the flesh, his name is Jesus.

You must be born again to see the kingdom of God, to enter into the kingdom of God.

It was expedient that Christ returned to heaven so he could send us the Holy Ghost to be in us.

We believe in the veracity of being baptized in the Holy Ghost and the gifts of the Spirit for the edifying, unifying and perfecting of saints. (We are tired of arguing over the gift of tongues, but you should have it, it helps so much cause we don't always know what to pray, but we know we have to pray.)

The World, Satan and his demonic hoards, and our Flesh are enemies of God which try to smother us every day with fear and lies. they must be overcome by the weapons of the spirit, the armor of God and above all the abiding grace and perpetual help of Christ within us.

The Bible is the infallible expression of The Word of God, which is Christ Himself. It should be considered the greatest, truest, most faithful friend we shall have in this life, because it is the groundwork of our relationship with our Beloved Savior.

Both living by Faith and questing after the love of God to dominate in us daily are the wonderful, mind-blowing adventures of the Christian life.

He is the vine and we are the branches. Without Him we can do nothing.

(And that is what faulty Christians end up accomplishing in truth, even with all their scurrying about and their great assemblies and conventions and numbers galore, when they do not follow the pure gospel - nothing.)

Prophecy is the key that delivers a believer out the prison of his own meager, puny, temporal life in this world and frees one to live in the wide boundless expanses of God's eternal life.

                       That should do for now.

The signs inspire the Bride to live in anticipation of the appearance and catching away by her Champion. The rapid flow of the Signs are providing tangible evidence to those who faithfully wait, giving real hope that His coming is near, they continually tell us – “Look Up!" for your redemption draws nigh”.

This publication will analyze the failures of the Church to heed the call to look up. Why and how has the Church at large failed to heed the warnings of Christ. Antichrist propaganda and through the sorceries of Mystery Babylon’s wine of fornication which makes even the self-indulgent Church drunken and perverted has robbed Christians of hope in their destiny and turned it into what the Bible identifies as Laodicea (Rev. 3). We hope the analysis of prophetic events will help to expose these clouds of darkness which obscure the spiritual truth about our coming salvation and divert would-be ‘Brides’ from turning a single eye toward " the prize of the high calling that is in Christ Jesus".

It will be the objective of The Trumpeteer to keep up with current events and to show how they fit in with the timeline of the prophetic revelation of God’s Plan of the Ages. We see ourselves as tradesmen and laborers working on the last stages of a great edifice called the Plan of Redemption, laying the last bricks in place, one brick at a time, placing a keystone in an archway in the bell tower of a spiritual cathedral whose architect is God, built to provide a waiting place for the Bride. It is the cathedral of prophecy which is drawing ever nearer to its majestic completion and the return of its owner and Master Jesus.

We hope to be a sanctuary for the Bride to “exhort one another as we see the day approaching”.

It is fundamental to this publication that we believe Christ’s most important desire is to “present unto himself a Church that is without spot or wrinkle or any such blemish, one that is holy…” - in other words, a Bride for Himself.

A tenet of our belief -
We have faith in God's promise that He will forewarn us of the path which redemption must take. God told His prophet Amos that he would do nothing except he first warn us through His prophets. He has done so in the prophecies of the Bible.
This publication believes whole-heartedly that we sit on the precipice of the end. Any moment the trumpet signaling the Rapture could be heard. All history and relevant current events, whether - politics, economy, health, social, natural phenomenon, science, world and local events, technology, education, church or religion - are relevant only in the light of prophecy and for the understanding of the destiny of man, and are akin to road signs showing us that God's course of history is nearing its predetermined destination.
